Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree, do not use the App. When you create an account, save content, or purchase Spotworthy+, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that you meet any minimum age requirements for your region.

Apple standard license

If you download Spotworthy from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA.

Spotworthy+ subscription

Spotworthy+ is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features (such as expanded planning tools and member experiences). Subscription plans may include a monthly or annual option, as shown in the App at purchase.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials: If a plan includes a free trial, Apple may charge your account when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused trial may be forfeited when you purchase, as described at the time of purchase.
• Pricing: The price and length of each subscription are displayed in the App and in App Store checkout before you confirm. Prices may vary by region.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

User content

You retain rights to content you submit (for example, suggestions or notes you choose to send us). You grant Spotworthy a limited license to use that content to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse Spotworthy. For example, do not:

• Attempt to access non-public systems, scrape the service in a way that harms performance, or reverse engineer where prohibited by law.
• Use the App for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful.
• Misrepresent your identity or interfere with other users' experience.

Disclaimer of warranties

Spotworthy and venue information are provided "as is". We strive for accuracy, but hours, availability, and details may change. Always confirm important details with the venue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotworthy and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
